DAY 4 (17/05/2018)

The fourth day of our In-Service
course that is 17 May 2018 started enthusiastically in the cool ambience of
Conference Hall with the morning prayer by group 3 GENIOUS AT WORK followed by
pledge ,thoughts ,news and special item. We witness a melodious song by Mrs. Seema of K.V . Recongpeo.
Thereafter,our Course Director
Mrs. Bharthi Kukkal enlighted on the role of a teacher. She described teacher
as an educator who must develop tolerance and patience. A teacher has to look
into both ,good and bad aspects of students but always
encourage good side and build a rapport with students for smooth and effective
teaching and learning activity.
Thereafter ‘Exercise Practice’ was
done under the guidance of our Resource Person ‘Mrs. Kavita
Parashar’.It was really refreshing and made us ready
for whole day.This session was concluded by Hasya Yoga.
Then a skit on the topic ‘CLASS ROOM
PROBLEMS FACED BY TEACHERS’ was performed by group 1 members. By which we
learnt how to handle special kind of student.
After the skit performance demo
lessons were presented by Mrs. Shashi Sharma on the
topic SHAPES and by Mrs. Seema on the topic of AREA
AND ITS BOUNDARIES followed by different activities .All the members also gave
their views about how it can be made more interesting. An open discussion was
conducted by Resourse Person Mr.N.K.Balodi.He
highlighted few points on correction of notebooks. After demo lessons we had a session with Mrs Veena
Jha of K.V. Janakpuri on the
topic activity based teaching. We
were really overwhelmed with ideas shared by mam for class room activities. Thereafter
we had our other session with Mrs. Namrata Paliwal from K.V. R.k. Puram sec-4 on the topic of SPEECH THERAPY for Hindi
teaching .She stressed on back to basics by which we can improve our
Hindi writing skills and speed.
After the
sessions were over the teachers performed their group work and submitted their
TLM’s to the Resource Persons Mrs.Vimla shahrawat .After submission of TLM’s help book sets were
distributed in the last. As usual the fourth day of our In-Service Course ended
with great fun and enjoyment.
At
the end an ice breaking session was taken by our Resorce
Person Mrs. Kavita Parashar
with a idea to inculcate
habit of listening among students. The day ended with a promise to become
energetic and efficient in our profession.
